Everything was spotlessly clean and good. Overall it was neat and well-maintained with comfortable beds. The location was unbeatable, 15 min walk from bus station.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet area, yet still within a reasonable distance from the bustling city center. It offered a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.

Big noise from the outside (cars, motocykles...). Uncomfortable beds, we woke up painful.

First of all, they forgot our booking (they said, that have not received it). We have ordered a room with one big bed, but istead received 2 small beds.

Reasonably clean property. Reasonable and good selection for breakfast with good coffee and enening meals, for example. Immaculately clean and airy room plus a chair and coffee. Superfriendly and exceptionally pleasant staff, always with a smile.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Krakow, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and spacious room. The bed provided a good night's sleep and the room itself had all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food, including a variety of fruits and hot dishes. The hotel's location, although not in the city center, was easily accessible by tram, making it convenient to explore Krakow. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

When I look at hotels to book I look at location, cleanliness, parking facilities and a good breakfast, all of these are good at this hotel. I can also add the friendly staff at the reception. I like this hotel and I recommend it.

The only negative point is that there was no lift to go upstairs to the room.

We decided to stay there because of the bargain offer, they had - and were not disappointed. The room is good, wi-fi is working, breakfast was exellent. Free parking, too. It is probably not in the centre but not very far away either.

The place is well priced and overall clean, everything is nice, it should have higher than 3 star rating. Make sure you stay in the double room with separate beds. The hotel has got a good restaurant which included buffett breakfast.

It has decent and nice position very near the tram stop.
